IRC:
a place where lives, events, emotions and facial expressions
are reduced to lines of text on a screen.
#DRWHOCHAT is about to evolve into the next level of existence:
a cartoon.
It's still nothing like real life, but it's a little closer.
In order for this transition to take place, I'll need your help, dear readers:
Send me IRC logs.
This will be along the lines of Nathan's quotefile,
but don't send me everything, only the stuff that would translate well into visuals.
(DON'T abandon the Quotefile! Keep sending Nathan stuff! Don't send me everything you send him!)
These will be transformed through the miracle of pencil and paper (remember those?)
into living, breathing (well, maybe not) works of art.
A temporary quotefile will be created to contain all submissions before I draw them;
this way you can look them over and if there's something you'd rather wasn't quoted,
you can let me know.
Tell me what you look like.
Only people who give express permission will be drawn and quoted here.
Sending me your description in an email will be taken as express permission.
You may not look the same in the channel as you do in real life;
send me the you that you want me to draw, clothes, hair, everything.
If you'd like to be included in the cartoons but have no clue what you look like on IRC,
tell me so and I'll dream something up. >:)
So send us your tired, your poor, your-- err, wait... (ahem)
I mean, send quotes! and logs! and you!!
Time travel is not an excuse for procrastination!
